Chef Scout’s Pork Rub

Ingredients:

2 Tbsps Chef Scout’s Brisket Rub

1 Tbsp brown sugar

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp garlic powder

Directions:

This will make enough to coat one 3 lbs pork butt or rack of ribs. Combined
