Avocado Crema

For Avocado Crema

1-2 avocados

1 bunch cilantro

3 cloves garlic

1 Serrano

1 lime zested and juiced

1 poblano

1/2 Tbsp garlic powder

1/2 Tbsp cumin

1/2 Tbsp paprika

1/2 Tbsp chili powder

1/2 Tbsp guajillo chili powder

1 tsp Cheyanne powder                                                        

1 tsp salt

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Purée and serve! Makes for a great dip as well!
