Smoked Brisket Sandwich w/ BBQ Slaw

Serves 2

Ingredients:

2 cups chopped brisket (or more if you like)

2 brioche buns

Butter for toasting buns

1 1/2 cups BBQ Slaw

Directions:

First, make a double batch of slaw sauce (click link above for recipe) half for the slaw and the other half for spreading on the buns and set aside. Next, butter your flattop or sauté pan and toast your brioche buns. Now spread BBQ slaw sauce on both sides of the buns. Take heated up chopped brisket and scoop it on the buns liberally. Add slaw and top with buns and serve!
