Sourdough Croutons

Ingredients:

2 slices of dry sourdough bread cut into cubes

2 Tbsps unsalted butter

2 tsps Bragg Sprinkle 24 Herbs & Spices

1 tsp garlic salt

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Cut the day-old bread into bite-sized cubes and place them in a large mixing bowl.

In a small microwave-safe ramekin, combine the butter, Bragg seasoning, and garlic salt. Microwave for about 1 minute, or until the butter is completely melted. Carefully remove the ramekin, as it will be hot, and stir to evenly distribute the seasonings.

Slowly drizzle the seasoned butter over the bread cubes, tossing gently as you go to ensure each piece is lightly coated.

Spread the bread cubes in an even layer on a baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes, or until they’re golden brown and crisp, stirring once halfway through for even browning.

Allow the croutons to cool for a few minutes before using them in your favorite salad or storing them in an airtight container.
